ASUS Outs GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER STRIX in a Snow White edition (Updated)

Hmm yeah, just no? It's not very appealing and pleasing to the eyes with that black PCB eh? ASUSTeK launches a GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER graphics card "ROG-STRIX-RTX2080S-O8G-WHITE-GAMING" with a white cooler.

The cooler cover, backplate, and metal frame are all unified in white. The VGA cooler is a triple-fan cooler equipped with an "Axial-tech Fan" equipped with a ring frame. The heat receiving base uses "MaxContact Technology", which doubles the contact area with the GPU. It also supports "0dB Technology", which stops the rotation of the fan when the load is low.

The output interface is HDMIx2, DisplayPortx2, USB Type-Cx1, the bus interface is PCI-Express3.0 (x16), and the auxiliary power connector is 8pinx2. Other detailed specifications are unknown at this time. No sales announcement has been made for this product in the domestic market. The website is not listing final specs for clock frequencies just yet.

Updated: the card series now is entering retail with sales starting March 6th. The main specifications are a base clock of 1,650 MHz, a boost clock of 1,860 MHz (1,890 MHz in a software OC mode), a memory speed of 15.5 Gbps, a memory bus width of 256 bits, and a GDDR6 8 GB video memory. In Asia, it already has been spotted for  ¥ 109,000 which is roughly the 900 EUR marker.

Galax HOF has consistently been the better high end buy since the old MSI 980ti lightning.
Asus is just being lazy with the match-y match-y system builders figuring that led bling will outshine black pcb

White with black pcb...this is just lazy...
Something is happening with ASUS - they had a lot of scandal with motherboards after VRM 4 phases lie (advertised as 8), AMD based graphic cards with cooling problems, lazy manufacturing now with this cards - they should wake up - in this industry you go up and down very fast.
