ASUS recently launched the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless, a wireless and lightweight mouse. Due to the utilization of many battery sizes (or rechargeable batteries) and 12,000 DPI, lightning-fast movement is possible, as is razor-sharp precision due to the feather-light design.
An included AAA to AA battery converter allows the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless to run on either type of battery* or rechargeable batteries. Combining the smaller AAA battery with the adapter results in a 10% weight reduction, resulting in quicker responses and greater freedom of movement. (*AA and AAA batteries included.) The quick change of power sources offers additional flexibility, since there are no long interruptions in the gameplay. The TUF Gaming M4 Wireless is therefore always ready for use and the user decides which runtime is required - the use is therefore adapted to the needs and not the other way around.
A lightweight for freedom of movement
Long-term use of the mouse with many quick movements can put a strain on the hand and joints, which often results in fatigue or even pain. If you want to enjoy long sessions, you are therefore well advised to use a light gaming mouse. This way the gaming fun is maintained, the reactions are faster and nothing stands in the way of the marathon. The TUF Gaming M4 Wireless weighs 77g with AAA batteries and only 62g without battery. In addition, the feet of the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless are made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and ensure that the mouse glides smoothly over any mousepad surface. The lower resistance and lightweight, modular design ensure effortless comfort of movement.
Antibacterial protection by silver
To keep the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless hygienic, its surfaces and side buttons are protected by the new ASUS antibacterial protection made of ionized silver. Positively charged silver ions (Ag+) bind to the cell walls of negatively charged microbes and bacteria, disrupting their internal functions and preventing further growth. The antibacterial protection has been scientifically proven to inhibit the growth of bacteria by more than 99%* over a 24-hour period. Antibacterial protection helps keep mouse surfaces clean and hygienic, which can help reduce the spread of harmful bacteria. In addition, the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless features a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) cover that resists wear and gloss. It provides an even feeling secure hold and thanks to the alcohol-resistant surface, the mouse can be cleaned without hesitation. Dual wireless and 6 tactile buttons
The TUF Gaming M4 Wireless is able to communicate wirelessly in two ways. With the 2.4 GHz connection, latencies are significantly reduced to ensure competitive responsiveness. The alternative Bluetooth LE connection does not require a separate dongle and helps to significantly increase the life of the batteries or rechargeable batteries. No matter which mode is preferred, excellent stability is ensured at all times.
Six tactile and programmable buttons adjust controls to suit any play style. The left and right buttons are separated from the top cover, resulting in less actuation force and travel for faster, more responsive clicks. Sensitivity can be customized on the fly with the DPI switch and DPI indicator, while two strategically placed buttons on the left side and a clickable scroll wheel provide additional control options.
