ASUS today announced that ProArt Display PA and PQ series monitors purchased and registered in Europe, Middle East or Africa (EMEA) regions are now backed by a comprehensive five-year warranty.

ProArt Displays are specially designed for creators working across multiple professional and prosumer disciplines, including movie production, 3D design, digital photography and more. Each ProArt Display is tailored for particular demands, with a focus on delivering outstanding visual experiences through application of the latest display technologies, while the range as a whole is designed to serve the needs of many different kinds of creator.

With ProArt Display, ASUS pioneers the new DisplayHDR 1.1 specification, the industry's first fully open standard to outlines a specific definition for high-dynamic-range (HDR) output quality. Only recently formalized by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA), DisplayHDR 1.1 means that creators using ProArt Display products are assured of tighter performance requirements, including for luminance and color gamut.

This is precisely why ASUS created the ProArt brand, with its mission to power up creators' imaginations. Specifically, with ProArt Display products, this endeavor means embracing technologies such as mini-LED backlighting, OLED, ASUS Smart HDR technology with Dolby Vision, HDR-10, HLG HDR and more. ASUS ProArt Display products strive for perfect reproduction through extreme color accuracy, enabling creators to stay focused on their vision. Modern digital creators are highly reliant on their screens, and the long three-year warranty that's included with every ProArt Display already offers creatives superb reassurance that the performance and operation of their key work tool is guaranteed for an extended period.

But ASUS has now chosen to its support to the next level for all ProArt Display PA and PQ series monitors. Starting May 5, 2020, those who purchase and register[1] a ProArt Display PA or PQ series monitor in EMEA will benefit from an additional two-year warranty, bring the total cover to five years - providing a peace of mind for an exceptional period. ProArt Display PA or PQ purchases made on or after 1 January, 2020, are also eligible for this two-year warranty extension, upon registration.[2]
