ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU Mini gets Tested

AUS recently released the GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU Mini which we review. It is a compact performance graphics card designed primarily for small form factor PCs with mini ITX motherboards. The dual-slot card measures just 17cm and features the NVIDIA GTX 670 GPU. ASUS has re-engineered the DirectCU cooler to fit small form factor cases. While shorter, it introduces a copper vapor chamber placed directly on top of the GPU for faster heat spreading and dispersal with 20% lower temperatures than reference GTX 670.

ASUS GeForce GTX 680 4GB with Dual-Slot DirectCU II Cooler - 11/09/2012 08:35 AM
I haven't seen the press-release on this one myself, but it seems that ASUS injected a GeForce GTX 680 graphics card under SKU code GTX680-DC2-4GD5 that not only has a dual-slot DirectCU II cooler, it also has 4 GB of graphics memory. The company's DirectCU series lineup for the GTX 680 up-to this point only offered their triple-slot cooling solutions.

Review: ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti DirectCU II TOP - 11/08/2012 12:24 PM
We'll test and review the GeForce GTX 660 Ti DCUII TOP from ASUS. The GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU II TOP edition is factory overclocked pretty high towards 1058 MHz on the core with a boost frequency of 1137'ish. The memory has been kept the same though at 6008 MHz (effective datarate). The card has been equipped with 2GB of graphics memory (on a 192-bit wise memory bus) and is pimped out and custom cooled.

That's a powerful little bastard. Wonder how well the cooler would keep up if the voltage were unlocked?
