ASUS: FreeSync premium monitor with 165 Hz and ELMB

ASUS: FreeSync premium monitor with 165 Hz and ELMB

In addition to the full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), the VG24VQ1B gaming screen offers a 165 Hz maximum refresh rate and a 1500 R curvature. 350 cd/m2 normal luminance and a reaction time of 1 ms make up the contrast ratio of 3000:1. But that's an MPRT specification, and it doesn't mention the gray change.

It also has two 2-watt internal speakers, an anti-motion blur mode (ELMB), and FreeSync Premium anti-tearing compatibility. It is not an ELMB sync model, hence the last two technologies cannot be coupled. The OSD can enable a black stabilizer, which brightens dark areas in games. Connections include DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4, and a headphone output. No USB interfaces.

VESA recording (100 x 100mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backdrop illumination are among the ergonomic features. In terms of weight, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG24VQ1B is 2.9 kg without the stand and has not yet been marketed or sold. To utilize the monitor on a PS5 or Xbox S/X, use Full HD at 120 Hz.

Curved trash. Why manufacturers make curved panels in the first place ? Its an irritant and looks ugly.

30 inch plus sized monitors are better curved imo

There are plenty of flat 1080p VA panels, this as an instance:

I dont want 1080p I want 1440 or 4k VA 28" panels and there all curved.

Why 28"?

There are a few 27"and 32" available, here 3 of those:

27" SR75 WQHD LED Space Monitor Monitors - LS27R750QENXZA | Samsung US
32” QHD Gaming Monitor with G-SYNC™ | 32GK850G | LG Australia

cause 28" biggest i can get with out being to big to use at less then 2 feet. 32" is to big and 28" has 1 inch to spare before it over laps my mounted TV which is above my my desk and monitor.

I been looking at 27" and 28" but 32" will never happen due to to much head movement will happen at view distance i sit at. and the fact 32" would overlap my tv is problem
