ASUS today announced the 14-inch M415 and 15.6-inch M515 laptops, two powerful, stylish and value-packed models that are powered by Ryzen processors.

ASUS M415 and M515 deliver powerful performance in a compact and stylish design. Powered by up to an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U Mobile Processor, and featuring a dual-storage option with up to a 512 GB SSD and a 1 TB HDD, M415 and M515 are perfect for effortless everyday computing.

M415 and M515 also feature slim-bezel NanoEdge displays that create an impressive up to 83% screen-to-body ratio, a stand-out achievement in this class. Additionally, the NanoEdge design creates a very compact footprint and keeps the weight down to just 1.5 kg for M415 and 1.8 kg for M415. 

Tough and durable construction

The new industrial design of ASUS M415 and M515 incorporates features that increase durability: metal supports underneath the keyboard improve rigidity when typing or using the touchpad, and the lid\^ds sides are reinforced to provide structural support for the lid, the panel, and the hinge joint.

The HDD features E-A-R® anti-shock technology, consisting of a physical bumper wrapped around the HDD that dampens the impact of physical shocks. There\^ds also active HDD protection that automatically detects shock and vibration across all three axes to safeguard the HDD\^ds internal mechanisms, so users can work without worry, even in a moving vehicle.

Perfect for daily productivity and entertainment

Accessing ASUS M415 and M515 is easy and secure, with an optional fingerprint sensor built into the touchpad to provide one-touch access via Windows Hello.

The optional LED-illuminated NumberPad on M415 allows easy data entry, and both models have a full-size backlit keyboard that\^ds perfect for working in dim environments. The keyboard\^ds ergonomically designed, with a sturdy one-piece construction and up to 1.4mm key travel for a comfortable typing experience.

Comprehensive connectivity makes connecting devices easy, with dual-band WiFi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth®5 for wireless connections. I/O ports include USB 3.2 Type-C® (USB-C®), USB 3.2 Type-A, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI output, and a microSD card reader.

The high-quality battery offers excellent battery life and a lifespan that’s up to 3X longer than standard lithium-ion batteries. Fast-charge technology enables users to charge a low battery to 60% in as little as 49 minutes. Integrated ASUS Battery Health Charging technology also makes for a safer charging experience, with measures designed to decrease the battery expansion rate during charging to help ensure the battery stays in good condition.
