Asus Adds The Radeon RX 550

Asus has now added the Radeon RX 550 towards it's graphics card line-up. The entry level cards  feature a 128-bit bus, require no external power connectors, and will be available in 2GB and 4GB models.

For entry level cards the pricing is a bit spicy, $90 for the 2GB model and $100 for the 4GB version, the memory runs 7 Gbps It does get a custom cooler with an IP5X-certified dust-proof fan.  Radeon RX 550 have a Polaris 12 GPU with eight of ten Compute Units enabled, adding up to 512 Stream processors and 32 texture units. The cards will come clocked at 1100 MHz stock, and 1183MHz boost clocks, These cards have a 50 Watt TDP.

RX550 needs to be little bit cheaper in order to be considered.

^agreed, Anyone with a more recent cpu won't have a need for this it's essentially just the 7850k igpu on its own.

Yeah, this. 1050s carry this price tag.
Can even find a bloody 1050Ti for 20 more bucks which absolutely murders it.
