ASRock Launches New Socket AM5 Motherboards A620M-HDV/M.2+ and A620M Pro RS

ASRock announced the release of two new Socket AM5 motherboards: the A620M-HDV/M.2+ and A620M Pro RS. Both motherboards feature an AMD A620 chipset and a MicroATX form factor. The six-layer PCB design provides high energy efficiency and stable signal traces.



The A620M-HDV/M.2+ motherboard is priced attractively at less than $180 USD (excluding VAT). It features a 6+1+1 phase power supply circuit by 50A Dr.MOS, which can support CPUs with up to TDP120W. It also comes with DDR5-6400 x 2 memory slots (up to 64 GB), SATA 3.0 x 4 storage, and PCI Express 4.0 (x16) x 1 expansion slot. The board also includes Realtek ALC897 audio chip and Gigabit LAN by Realtek 8111H network. The motherboard measures 244 x 226mm.

On the other hand, the A620M Pro RS is priced at around $220 USD (excluding VAT). It features a 6+2+1 phase power supply circuit by 50A Dr.MOS, which can also support CPUs with up to TDP120W. The motherboard comes with DDR5-6400 x 4 memory slots (up to 128 GB), SATA 3.0 x 4 storage, and PCI Express 4.0 (x16) x 1 expansion slot. It also includes Hyper M.2 x 3 and M.2 2230 x 1 expansion slots, as well as Realtek ALC897 audio chip and Gigabit LAN by Realtek 8111H network. The motherboard measures 244 x 244mm.

Both motherboards also feature a reinforced steel slot with additional anchor points and a metal shield for the PCI Express 4.0 (x16) slot for graphics cards. They also support Nahimic audio with equalizer and sound tracker functions.

The A620M-HDV/M.2+ and A620M Pro RS motherboards will be available on April 28th for an estimated market price of $180 USD and $220 USD, respectively.
