The clocks of "the Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX 580 8 G" equipped with Radeon RX 580 will be for silent mode (1,324 MHz / 7,680 MHz) and OC mode (1,435 MHz / 780 MHz) with a core clock of 1380 MHz and a memory clock of 8,000 MHz in the standard mode. The graphics card obviously has 8GB GDDR5 and is fitted with DisplayPort ×3, HDMI ×1, DVI ×1.

The second card will be the "Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX 570 8G" equipped the Radeon RX 570 and running a silent mode (1,228 MHz / 6,720 MHz) and OC mode (1,331 MHz / 620 MHz) the memory clock is 7,000 MHz but can be set at 7,280 MHz likely with a software option. Probably depends on how long it takes to get the shipment from Asus repackaged with Asrock branding.

As far as I was aware ASUS and ASRock have been completely separate entities since about 2010.
