Well I'll be damned. Looks like my B450M Pro 4 has a lot of life left in it.
Update: Installed with success. Woo, bios updates always make me nervous. I'm Zen 3 ready!

Well I can't post any numbers, but everything seems to be running very smooth and fast. It's a good update. I trust ASRock.
This is like the sixth or seventh bios update I've done to this board since I bought it back in March of this year. It's working so whatever.

Edit: I updated my B450 ITX to this bios with a 3700X. All good.
