Freezer 34 succeeds the Freezer 33
The Arctic Freezer 34 is the successor to the Freezer 33 generation and should bring a number of improvements. All four versions of the Freezer 34 CPU cooler rely on the high static pressure P fan. In addition to lower power consumption and an improved service life, this should also be able to convince with a wider speed range and fewer vibrations. In addition, according to the manufacturer, with a PWM signal of less than five percent, the passive 0-decibel mode is activated, allowing him to work completely silently. The Arctic Freezer 34 models should also be able to cool high-end processors with up to 18 cores.
At a 28 decibels, the latest generation should achieve up to 4 degrees better cooling results than its predecessors. Also, the mounting system of the Arctic Freezer 34 should have been optimized, making it with just a few simple steps on Intel and AMD processors to assemble. For massive coolers like the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 (to review) , it may happen that the cooler is not compatible with higher memory. The Freezer 34 is intended to circumvent this problem by its compact dimensions .
The Freezer 34 eSports Duo has two BioniX P fans
The Freezer 34 CO differs from the standard version only by the precise and durable dual ball bearing, which should be designed for continuous operation . In addition, Arctic also brings the two eSports models Freezer 34 eSports and Freezer 34 eSports Duo on the market. The eSports range is equipped with one or two 120 mm BioniX P fans and will be available in several colors. Furthermore, should provide a thermal coating of the heat sink for better cooling performance.
Price and availability
The Freezer 34 and the Freezer 34 eSports DUO are now available for a suggested retail price of € 32.99 in stores. The Freezer 34 CO and Freezer 34 eSports will probably be available during the first quarter of 2019.
