According to an EEC leak, Gigabyte would release up to 16 AORUS motherboards. The AORUS Master series is the second highest tier, after the AORUS Xtreme series. 



As a result, the leaked AORUS Z690 Master outlines the company's aspirations for the ultra-premium market, which is now occupied by the Intel 12th Generation Core i9 series processors. The Master is equipped with two 8-pin EPS connectors that are mounted on a Standard ATX board. The LGA1700 socket shown in this photograph will support Alder Lake-S and the future Raptor Lake-S CPUs. under a large M.2 slot heat shield, a reinforced PCIe Gen5 x16 interface is installed. There are two more PCIe x16 slots available, albeit their generation is unclear at this time. On both sites, the VRM portion is fully hidden by large heatsinks, leaving little room for anything else to be seen.
