AOC Offers New I2475PXQU 23.8 Inch Full HD Monitor

AOC released   new 23.8-inch Full HD monitor ‘I2475PXQU’ on its product page. This model has an IPS screen and will cost just € 165,- It supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 1000:1 contrast ratio (200M:1 DCR), 250 cd/m2 brightness, 4ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

Adopting the Flicker-Free technology for reducing eye fatigue, this new 23.8-inch AH-IPS LED-backlight monitor is Equipped with an ergonomically-designed stand with tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustment, the I2475PXQU comes with built-in stereo speakers (2Wx2) and provides 1x D-Sub, 1x DVI, 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort and 4-port USB 3.0 hub. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing yet.

At home or the office, this monitor offers excellent performance with Full HD resolution and IPS technology. The height-adjustable stand tilts, swivels and even pivots for optimal viewing and comfort. A wide range of connectors, including DisplayPort, DVI, HDMI and USB (2.0 and 3.0) make it easy to hook up your computer and other devices. Enjoy brilliantly coloured, vivid images on this large 60.4 cm (23.8″) widescreen monitor. seen it online for around £150 which seems quite good for the money..

After a lot of consideration, went with the BenQ GW2470H for that sweet VA contrast ratio and good color reproduction.

Watching a couple movies did reveal significant quality improvement over my 144Hz TN panel but it did require some fiddling with settings to obtain full range color enabled, in the monitor GUI and nvidia/intel graphics settings.
