Probably one of my personal favorite series has been Anno, I played them all. Ubisoft just announced ANNO 1800, the seventh part in the ANNO franchise that takes place in the nineteenth century. ANNO 1800 will appear in the winter of 2018 for the PC.

The news was announced during the Gamescom. According to developer Ubisoft Blue Byte, ANNO 1800 combines the best of what the franchise offers: a rich city building experience including a story line, a customizable sandbox mode and the classic ANNO multiplayer experience. "

Anno 1800 is currently being showcased at the gamescom show floor in its pre-alpha stage, but fans will have to wait quite some time to get their hands on the game, as the official release window is set for Winter 2018.
