AMD Unveils naming on VEGA - Radeon RX VEGA
Right, this news-item will be as short as the announcement. AMD shared the final naming for the enthusiast card that we all know as VEGA. At GDC Raja Koduri announced the official brand name.
The name for Vega will be: Radeon RX VEGA. So that's not RX 490 / 590 or whatever. AMD has not shared any further details on the product other then some talk about HBM aka High Bandwidth cache aka HBM2 graphics memory on Vega. AMD also showed the "V" (from Vega) logo we've shown you last week already comeing from the Ryzen event.
Yep, I told you, this news-item will be short. Below the new logos.

When you click on a thread expecting to see something as boring as Vega and some random numbers, and you are still let down.
Hopefully they release abit more soon.

I don't like it, separating brand name from numbers sound price.
Could be good performance, but far from cheap

The new logo struck a cord.Simple, red, the V shape made from 2 simetric wings and the Vega name as the shiniest star..
Boy, i really want to see benchmarks.
AMD got me all hyped up this week for sure.I am asking a day off in the 2th of March in order to read all Ryzen Vega content.
