I hope we see some benches or at least a few numbers to be able to judge how well the new cards perform in relation to Nvidia. Also curious to see how ray tracing works and performs on those new cards.

I want to hear from Scott Herkelman and Laura Smith regarding real-time, OpenGL, OpenCL, webGL etc, and, hopefully hint about the future of game development direction for AMD.

What can we expect for developers?

ninja edit 31st October.

So - I'm still quite shocked that no one even mentioned the absurdness of having a fake stage, fake camera angles, fake presenting to a fake audience.

I watched, waiting for them to have people applauding, with a fake clap machine.

WHY O WHY DID THEY DO THIS???

I had high hopes for AMD, now, it would seem - I find them to be highly condescending, and CLEARLY think that we, as potential customers, are the dumbest people walking the earth, who have no idea that this was:

A) Not on a stage
B) Not a presentation to a crowd
C) Not a live event

You know what they should have done instead of this?

Drop us a PDF on email, because, this was nothing but a waste of shareholders money.

The lighting, the fake camera, the scripts they wrote, the training they went through, the 'sitting around a table to discuss outfits'...all those cups of tea and coffee to talk about the 'presentation'.

What a waste of time.

HH could've summed it up in 1,000 words...oh wait, he did!

Don't think I've had this level of overall excitement for pc tech since about 2011 when I got a i5 2500k and a 570. Probably looking at a 5700x with a 6800 for the new year unless AMD forces Nvidia to do a 12GB 3080ti at about $900
