AMD always has nice games bundled with their graphics cards and often processors, as it seems if you purchase a 3000 series proc, you get Assassins' Creed Valhalla for free.
That might bring some additional value to the table alright. AMD will soon have XT processors available as well, so for those waiting on these processors, that might sweeten the deal. Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 3, unfortunately, do not participate in the promotion. The following processors entitle you to a digital code for the game:

This promotion has now started. As AMD launched its Ryzen 3000XT processors on July 7.
