AMD Ryzen 9 3950X CineBench R15 OC Performance Posted
While AMD isn't even seeding Ryzen 9 3950X, a CineBench R15 Performance result was posted. The 16-core with 32 threads and 72 MiByte L3-Cache proc is bound to set some records.
This is the all-new sixteen core part (due for release/availability in September). The new flagship consumer processor will have 16 cores and 32 threads with a 4.7 GHz Boost, it's base frequency sits at 3.5 GHz and no less than 72MB cache, AMD is keeping the power consumption under control at 105 Watt. Twitter user "uzzi38" on Twitter posted this spy-shot of a 3950X ES making short work of CineBench R15. To lift the 3950X to this clock speed on all cores, liquid nitrogen was required in combination with a voltage of 1.77 volts. It is the 3950X as CPU-Z identifies the proc as Matisse. Also, an MSI MEG X570 GODLIKE motherboard was used on this test. The Ryzen 9 3950X ES was overclocked to 5.42 GHz and scores a whopping 5501 points in the multi-threaded benchmark. The Ryzen 9 3950X is (for the time being) the only chip from the Ryzen 3000 series that will not come on the market in July but in September. The suggested retail price for the 16-person processor is $749.

Is it just me or overclocking scores brings me less interest for the product?
I like to see real world numbers, with air cooling preferably.
Oddly phrased question)
These may not be ideal leaks, but not much time left before reviews are out.

New 3600X Benchmark : https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/AMD-Ryzen-5-3600X/Rating/4041
Looks promising !
I might be way off, but personally doubt if these 6-core CPUs will handle the heavier(and poorly optimised) ports of PS5 games.

I can totally understand why these benchmarks aren't really all that interesting, but why would they bring less interest overall?
