APU based on 6nm process technology, the AMD Rembrandt APU finally removes the Vega architecture in favor of RDNA2, which has up to 12 GPU Compute Units with clock speeds of up to 2.4 GHz.

We now have what appears to be the whole set of specifications, according to a leak from VideoCardz. AMD is expecting no have fewer than eight H-series consumer SKUs at launch, as well as additional two U-series consumer SKUs, as well as the rumored Zen 3+ based enhancements, which would bring the total number of H-series consumer SKUs to nine. The new H-series CPUs will be available in models ranging from Ryzen 5 to Ryzen 9 and will have maximum boost speeds ranging from 4.5 to 5 GHz, which supports earlier rumors that these processors would be capable of supporting high clock rates.

With the exception of the three Zen 3 based chips, all of the new processors will be made at a 6-nanometer manufacturing process. The AMD Ryzen 6000H series is fully comprised of Zen3+ SKUs, according to AMD. The lists included processors up to and including the Ryzen 9 6980HX, which has a boost frequency of up to 5.0 GHz and a TDP of 45W+. 

The 6000U-series will only have two Zen3+ SKUs: the Ryzen 7 6800U and Ryzen 5 6600U.  Next-generation Rembrandt APU adds a slew of new features to AMD's laptop range, including USB4, PCIe Gen4, DDR5/LPDDR5, WiFi 6E, ready for DisplayPort 2, and an AV1 video decoder, among other things.
