AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT is a yes, 6700 is a no ...

For now, that is. At least that's the indication for a while now. AMD is not likely to release both a 6700 and 6700 XT. Next week AMD will host its Where Gaming Begins presentation on (March 3).

Our colleagues from Cowcoland claim to know that only one NAVI22 product would be released, and that's the 6700 XT. A Non-XT version would follow at a later date. There has been an RX 6700 in the team Red program, but it has been canceled (for the moment) and we will therefore only have the RX 6700 XT which will be commercially available on likely the 18th of March.

Reference MBA cards and Customs cards will arrive on the same date, but word out on the street already is that there will be very limited quantities available (likely also the reason for postponing that non-XT model).

Cowcotland adds that reference cards will see only a few hundred cards available, For the partner cards that would be different but not by much. This of course differs per country.  Well, it will not be much longer before AMD 'announces' their NAVI 22 XL GPU-based graphics cards. Navi22 would get baptized with 12 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory; at least that has been a rather solidified rumor the past few months already. Radeon RX 6700 XT would be based on a NAVI 22 XT GPU, very likely has 40 CUs/2560 SP. The memory should total 12 GB at 192 bits.
