Over the past few weeks, we've talked a couple of times about a pending Radeon RX 590 from AMD. A Polaris based product that now is expected to be released on 15 November. It would be Polaris as you know it, yet fabbed on a smaller 12nm node and thus it'll get some extra frequency on the clocks.

Earlier on a leaked result set that surfaced online shows that RX 590 would be clocked at 1545 MHz clock, and that is higher than the RX 580 boost clock. Then again, we do not know if the results set is taken from an overclocked product. The memory clock of 2000 MHz seems reference based. Recently some documents have leaked onto the web, mentioning the RX 590 as product name, so, for now, we'll assume that is correct.

The suggested retail price would hover in the $299,- which is a good chunk more expensive than a RX 580 8GB at $229.
