AMD Radeon R9 FIJI Die-shot photo

Now if you figured huh ? "Didn't you already show that?", well no Sir, AMD never released one now that I think of it. And albeit fashionably late, a die-shot photo just surfaced on the web. See it after the break.

So the guys over at 3DCenter noticed that ChipWorks had posted these. The huge chip with its four HBM stacks shows that, as we told you, it is kind of an advanced version of Tonga, simply scaled upwards. The die shot unfortunately was blown up and shows massive JPEG compression. Ah well, at least you get the idea. Have a peek:

First photo is crap, can't really see anything. Brown background blur. Second photo, even though is overlayed, is much clearer.
