Thus far this remains to be merely a rumor, but AMD might be refreshing this current lineup with a slight shuffle in specifications and faster graphics memory.

AMD is apparently working on better versions of the Radeon RX 6000 series for the desktop market, which could be released in the near future. It's difficult to forecast how the Radeon RX 6000 update will look from a technical standpoint. The chips themselves will stay the same in terms of configuration; a port to TSMC N6 is a possibility, but not a requirement, for the chips. Regardless of whether the N6 or N7P is used, it is reasonable to anticipate that increased GPU and memory clock rates, in conjunction with increased power consumption, will result in improved performance.  Greymon55 predicts that this will alter in the not too distant future.
