AMD FX-9590 costs 920 USD

AMD FX-9590 costs 920 USD

Last week AMD released its first 5 GHz 8-core CPUs. The two products just showed up in a webshop with the tier 1 SKY having an astronomical price (for what it is). The AMD FX-9370 8C is listed at 346 USD and the AMD FX-9590 8C costs a whopping 920 USD. The new 5 GHz FX-9590 and 4.7 GHz FX-9370 feature the “Piledriver” architecture, are unlocked for easy overclocking and pave the way for enthusiasts to enjoy higher CPU speeds and related performance gains.

The new AMD FX CPUs will be available from system integrators globally beginning this summer. Two models will be available:

  • FX-9590: Eight “Piledriver” cores, 5 GHz Max Turbo
  • FX-9370: Eight “Piledriver” cores, 4.7 GHz Max Turbo

Check out the webshop here. I do want to make it clear that these could be highly inflated pre-order prices, in the past we have seen webshops do this often as there are always a few people placing a pre-order.

hmm, i only have a hybrid for urban assault and a Mountain bike (cross country) for trails and mountain climbs, both are cheap lelz. I think those would do if you only do moderate cycling.

I only have a mountain bike right now and it's a killer on the road. That Butler one looks pretty good for the money. If you did want to go with a hybrid for the versatility, this one looks good:

£300 is not expensive to you?

wow.

I would not spend no more than £100-£150 on a new bike if I was going to use it everyday.

But I have a motorbike that i spent £600 buying so cant talk really lol :p
