AMD Bundles Civilization VI with Radeon RX 480

AMD Bundles Civilization VI with Radeon RX 480

It looks like AMD is bundling Civilization VI with the purchase of a Radeon RX 480. Some board partners have started the promotion, users are eligible for the game just with the Radeon RX 480 4B or 8GB though.

We are not sure yet if the bundle will also be available to RX 470 buyers. The cards come with promotion codes (Sapphire bundle) that can be redeemed on the AMD Rewards website and then can be enabled in Steam. AMD did not specifically announce this bundle and it seems like they introduced it silently.

AMD teamed up with developer Firaxis working on DirectX 12 supporting Civilzation VI. The game can use asynchronous use compute and offer support for multiple GPUs using explicit multi-adapter.

I bought the Sapphire RX 480 4GB yesterday in an italian webstore and there is CIV VI in bundle with all the 480 models. Not bad, it's about 60€ on Steam.
Nothing with the 470s instead.
