In a video presentation Big Navi has been spotted, the GPU that is, and it is compared a bit back and forth in an effort to check out if Big Navi physically indeed it lives up to its codename and is Big. If that photo is the real thing of course.

The photo is blurry and shows a near square package with in the middle sitting a big die. It is estimated to be 536 mm² in die-area, with 29 mm x 18.5 mm (LxW) dimensions. Coreteks who posted this uses an unconventional method for estimating the die size.

But if the math works out, it is one of the largest GPU chips AMD has ever made - Vega 10, was 495 square millimeters. The RTX 3070 and the RTX 3080 respectively have a size of 392 square millimeters and 628 square millimeters. Navi 10 in the RX 5700 series has a size of 251 mm2
