It's a little unusual, as drivers shipped to manufacturers etc are always limited and non-functional? But over at the Chiphell forums, questionable images of an unknown GPU reaching 3.0 GHz frequency were uploaded.

The graphics card received 20192 points in 3DMark Time Spy Extreme. With this result, this GPU is 78% quicker than the current NVIDIA Ampere series flagship, the RTX 3090 Ti, and 90% faster than its predecessor, the RTX 3090. Intriguing is the fact that the leaker has supplied GPU clock and temperature data. It allegedly shows the GPU achieving a frequency of 3015 MHz, which is an extremely high clock for a GPU. The GPU was tested at 30°C ambient temperature, while the GPU temperature oscillated about 55°C, according to the individual (but we can see it went big higher). According to the leaker, the graphics card is air-cooled and massive.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 will likely be unveiled on September 20 at GTC during the 'GeForce Beyond' broadcast. This card will include an AD102 GPU with 16384 CUDA cores and 24GB of GDDR6X memory.
