AGON by AOC Introduces the AG324UX and AG274FZ PRO E-Sports Monitors

For the most demanding gamers and e-sports participants, AGON by AOC just released AGON PRO. The AG324UX (4K @ 144 Hz) with HDR400 and the AG274FZ (FHD @ 260 Hz) with HDR400 are now available. Both models have an IPS panel for vibrant colors and a 1 ms GtG reaction time for ghost-free images.

The legends of the gaming community finally get truly legendary gear. To achieve victory on the battlefield, legends accept no compromises and need the highest-level equipment available. With the new AGON PRO models from AGON by AOC, esports pros, professional streamers and hard-core gamers will find that these screens leave hardly anything to be desired.

The 31.5" AG324UX offers an award-winning (red-dot design award), 3-side frameless design. Its high-performance IPS panel with a native 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) can go up to a 144 Hz refresh rate (via DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC).Thanks to the inclusion of HDMI 2.1, the monitor is fully compatible with the new-gen consoles, which support 4K @ 120 Hz. With the 1 ms GtG and MPRT response time of the AG324UX, gamers will experience fast, ghosting-free gameplay without issues such as tearing and stutter, thanks to the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility. The AG324UX also provides an outstanding colour palette with 1.07 billion colours and supports a 99.8% area of the DCI-P3 gamut, as well as DisplayHDR 400 for lifelike imagery. To complete the audio-visual experience, the monitor offers 8 W stereo speakers with DTS enhancement.

Perfectly suited for the streaming community, this large display includes a USB-C connector with 90 W power delivery for using it with mobile devices, and the Picture-by-Picture mode allows the user to make the most out of its 31.5" canvas. With peripherals connected to the monitor's 4-port USB 3.2 hub and thanks to the built-in KVM switch, gamers can use one keyboard and mouse to control two PCs (e.g. a desktop/laptop or a streaming PC).

For users to showcase their unique style, the monitor offers RGB lighting on both the front and back, as well as an AGON logo projector. The monitor's sturdy stand offers a wide range of height, pivot, swivel and tilt adjustments for the optimal ergonomic position. To adjust the screen's settings on the fly for different genres, gamers can use the included QuickSwitch wired remote or the G-Menu software comfortably, while the OSD offers gaming-specific features such as Game Colour (saturation), Shadow Control, Frame Counter and Dial Point (crosshair overlay).

The 27" AG274FZ offers brilliant specifications for FPS fans. This fast IPS panel with its native FHD resolution (1920 x 1080) provides a 240 Hz refresh rate (via DP 1.4), which can be overclocked to 260 Hz, and 1 ms GtG response times. The AG274FZ uses the same award-winning design and comes with a shadow shield and the same sturdy, height-adjustable stand. User-customisable RGB lighting, QuickSwitch for easy OSD adjustments, two 5 W speakers with DTS sound and a 4-port USB hub further enhance the usability and versatility of this model. To eliminate stutter and tearing, the monitor features Adaptive-Sync. For punchy, natural colours, it supports a 110.5% sRGB area and DisplayHDR 400 for high dynamic range.

The latest AGON PRO models will be available from September 2021 at these RRPs: AG324UX - £899 and AG274FZ - £389.
