Age of Empires 4 makes a return with new gameplay and imagery

Age of Empires, one of the most important strategy sagas in history is getting a new release. The next installment of the saga that will shortly begin a closed beta and that will debut on our PCs at end of the year through Game Pass, the Microsoft Store and Steam.

In addition to discovering the first campaign of the game or a new civilization that comes exclusively to this installment, we have also been shown gameplay of the title and new images so that we can see the game in all its splendor.

I like the new perspective, I am currently playing II again at the moment, it's got good replayability if you go back to it every so often.

It’s weird, I see progress in some things like the gameplay, but the graphics, the UI and the animations are horrible (especially the arrows). It looks like a mobile game or if it were still 2011. Not to mention the ugly framedrops (e.g. gameplay video 5:25), if I were in their place I would rather not show those scenes in this state.

Its a Beta, its demonstrating factions and gameplay not graphics and there is nothing to confirm this is a PC version being shown.

Oh yes, it's beta - final release will be totally different.
Just like with Cyberpunk
