Available in capacities ranging from 8GB to 256GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with SLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, an MTBF of 2 million hours and an industrial operational temperature of -40-degree C to 90-degree C.



Designed for a plethora of scenarios, these industrial-grade SSDs utilize a full range of advanced technologies, including S.M.A.R.T (self-monitoring and reporting technology), NCQ and TRIM command for high-reliability data transfer.
