ADATA introduced three USB 3.0 flash drive series. The entry-choice C103 series is available in 8GB and 16GB capacities, it offers a read speed of 90MB/s but the write speed is quite poor (10MB/s). The S102 Pro offers 8GB to 32GB capacities, 100MB/s read speed and 50MB/s write speed, while the high-end N005 Pro series offers 8GB to 64GB capacities, a read speed of 180MB/s and write speed of 90MB/s. Pricing and availability is unknown.
