Acer To Release Predator Z301CT 30-Inch Curved Monitor

Acer To Release Predator Z301CT 30-Inch Curved Monitor

Acer has another gaming monitor lined up to be release right after the holiday season, the Predator Z301CT is a 30-Inch curved (1800R) monitor that offers a resolution at 2560x1080. This is a GSYNC monitor allowing 200 Hz refresh rates and comes with eye tracking technology.

Other then this, very little is known about the panel type but if it supports 200 Hz it has to be a TN or AMVA. Viewing angles are 178/178 °. Eye-Tracking technology is also something new and adds to a gamer’s arsenal of control tools, helping them to intuitively aim, target and shoot faster than competitors who only have access to a keyboard and mouse, this new 30-inch ultra-wide monitor (Curvature 1800R) supports a native resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels and provides 21:9 aspect ratio, 200Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth action, 4ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

The monitor comes with HDMI and Displaypoert connectors as well as 5 USB 3 connectors likely through a HUB. The monitor has two 2W speakers to cope with daily basic needs in audio.

The Acer Predator Z301CT will become available in the US from February 2017.

The Acer Predator Z35 wasn't a TN panel yet it was up to 200Hz. It is an AMVA panel, so there's not reason why this one won't be as well.

From their own press release:

...Other key features include a 30-inch 1800R curved ultra-wide full HD 2560x1080 screen, stutter-free visuals with NVIDIA G-Sync technology, a rapid 200Hz refresh rate, fast 4ms response time and 178-degree viewing angles...
