Acer adds New H277HU 27-Inch WQHD Monitor With Zero Frame Design
Acer releases the 27-inch WQHD H277HU with zero frame design. The new model comes with a nice IPS LED-backlight monitor supports a native resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and provides 16:9 aspect ratio, 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 4ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.
Utilizing the Flicker-Free technology and the Blue Light Reduction Function, the H277HU comes equipped with built-in high-quality stereo speakers (3Wx2) corresponding to the DTS and ‘Acer TrueHarmony’, and provides a number of connectivity ports including 1x DVI, 1x HDMI 2.0, 1x DisplayPort 1.2 and 2x USB 3.1 Type-C.
The Acer H277HU is available soon for $499.99.

at 0:58 seconds it shows the back panel of this monitor and there is certainly no USB ports of any kind to be seen anywhere

Why buy this over something like the ASUS MG279Q?
MG279Q $580:

- Freesync
- 2560x1440 IPS
- Low Bluelight/Flicker-free
H277HU $500:
- 60Hz
- No adaptive sync
- Low Bluelight/Flicker-free
- Thin bezels and newer AU Optronics AHVA panel???
Too expensive if you ask me.
