A six laser Gatling gun would even scare Master Yoda

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 07/05/2013 12:18 PM | source: | 17 comment(s)

Well now, this Wicked Lasers the company which has delivered balloon popping and skin burning laser pointers in the past has built a laser gatling gun. It has six spinning one Watt Artic lasers and 100mw green laser for aiming. Weighing in at 8.5 pounds the gun is 25 inches long and has 60 aluminium parts which are black spray painted. Did I tell you that a single of the Artic Laser can vaporize a balloon in an instant.

If it's an option, stay away from surround and get stereo headphones, if you need a microphone, but one separately.

Mostly gaming headsetswith microphone are not as good value for the money as phoper headphones.

There is no "best" headset to recommend for everyone, it depends on what you like, how your head and ears are shaped, size of head and ears... So if it's an option, please go to shop and test those yourself.

To recommend some stuff to test, Sennheiser HD650, Beyerdynamic DT880Pro, AKG K-702, Audio Technica AD-2000X & ATH-2000X.

^^ This.

Gaming headsets are not very good and if budget is no limit as you say, I wouldn't even look twice at them.

The Zalman clip-on mic is okay, but the Antlion is awesome (modmic.com).

Well, if you do not have a budget...then definitely go for a nice set of cans, that is where it is at.

You can buy a clip on mic, as already has been said.

Would be good too know your budget before we start suggesting headsets but basically what Tat3 said. Avoid crappy gaming headsets.
