But not for the rest of the graphics cards. AMD is releasing the fourth dedicated graphics driver, Adrenalin 23.1.2, specifically for the RDNA 3-based graphics cards, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT.

This follows the release of Adrenalin 23.1.1, Adrenalin 22.12.2, and Adrenalin 22.12.1, which were exclusively developed for the current Navi 31 generation of graphics processors.

While the RDNA 2-based Radeon RX 6000 series (and older) graphics cards will remain at the Adrenalin 22.11.2 WHQL level until December 8, 2022, the RDNA 3-based Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT will receive unique Adrenalin graphics drivers during this time. The latest driver, Adrenalin 23.1.2, includes optimizations for the action role-playing game Forspoken and various other optimizations and issue fixes. The issue updates in Adrenalin 23.1.2 are focused specifically on Windows 11 2022 ("22H2"), the Simulation Space Engine, and the strategy game Emergency 4: Global Fighters for Life made by the German development studio Sixteen Tons Entertainment.

Users can obtain Adrenalin 23.1.2 from the download area, and Adrenalin 22.11.2 WHQL is also available for download for RDNA and RDNA 2-based graphics cards.
