28 power phases for the GALAX RTX 3090 Ti HOF OC Lab Edition PCB

Overclocker Duck OC was among the first to receive the first batch of GALAX RTX 3090 Ti HOF models. The Hall of Fame is Galax's top-performing series, featuring a customized PCB, the best NVIDIA GPUs, and the most overclocking potential.

There are 24+4 VRMs instead of 18+3 in the HOF OC Lab. This model has two PCIe Gen5 16-pin power connections. Each has a power output of up to 600W. This just adds to the intrigue! This implies that, with the "XOC" BIOS that many people receive, this model is more than capable of breaking world records. GALAX has not said when the HOF Edition would be available for purchase. Many folks who are exceptionally adept at overclocking will obtain these cards first.

I've Always wondered why they wait so long to release these insane overclocking models I get that they need a little time to optimize but there's literally like 6 months till the next gen launches who even cares about these anymore?
Same goes for kingpin cards

Pretty sure they need that long to design, improve and test the cards. Remember any consumer product needs to go through vigorous QA testing and more which will mean 3 months of bureaucratic paper pushing at the very least.

Wouldn't wanna push out your jewel of a card when there's faulty hardware on it.
