2016 Contest & ROTY winner announcements

For a full month we've had a blast with all the many contests we ran, our favor in return showing you guys our appreciation for the fact that you guys have been hearing us out and disable your ad-blockers. Below the fold we announce the contest winners.

We have sorted out all entries and prizes, everybody on the list below will automatically have their prize shipped to him/her. If we did not get your address, you are mailed / or PMed which was the case for YouTube and news-letter subscriptions. It is a big list, drum-roll ... here we go:
  

Huge kudos to the many prize sponsors; you have been great. To the winners, congratz ! It might take a little while for your prizes are shipped, this month with CES and a number of product releases is simply busy. Throughout January / February the prizes will be shipped and delivered. 

Rig of the Year 2016

We have one last item from 2016 to sort. Last week the Guru3D forum community could vote for the Rig of the year 2016. And oh yes, we have a clear winner. This year with 32.52% of the votes, the Rig of the Year 2016 is the ROTM March from Robert Mooney. We congratulate him on this achievement with his gorgeous rig, “Lucy”. Over the past twelve months you have submitted the extraordinary. We have seen weird, special and downright beautiful builds. The winner of the Rig of the Year 2016 will receive an extra prize from our sponsor Corsair, This year that it is the Corsair Crystal 570X PC Chassis, for the modder to start a new build.

We like to thank each and everyone who participated in 2016, dozens of rigs have been submitted, but we have the difficult task of selecting one each month. Keep sending in your mods and rigs, as for 2017 we get to do it all over again. 

In closing, congratulations to all winners and many thanks to you all for your everlasting support in 2016, let's hope 2017 will be a fantastic year with lots of technology releases.
