Intel released the complete specifications and availability (April 5th) of the new 12th Generation Intel Core i9-12900KS desktop CPU. It boosts performance up to 5.5 GHz with Intel Thermal Velocity Boost and Intel Adaptive Boost Technology (Intel ABT) for the optimum gaming experience.
Intel continues to push the envelope for desktop gaming with the new 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900KS processor. Based on Intel's 12th Gen performance hybrid architecture, this processor can hit 5.5 GHz on up to two cores for the first time, giving the most extreme gamers the ability to maximize performance," Marcus Kennedy, general manager of Gaming, Creator & E-sports Segment at Intel.
The unlocked i9-12900KS processor is the ultimate processor for enthusiasts and gamers who want the fastest processor available. With 16 cores (eight Performance-cores and eight Efficient-cores) and 24 threads, and up to 5.5 GHz max turbo frequency, 150 W processor base power and 30 MB Intel Smart Cache for even more gaming power and performance.
Key features and capabilities of the i9-12900KS include:
- Up to 5.5 GHz max turbo frequency with Intel Thermal Velocity Boost.
- Intel Adaptive Boost Technology for improved gaming performance by opportunistically allowing higher multi-core turbo frequencies.

The i9-12900KS processor allows gamers and overclocking enthusiasts to take performance to the next level. Going by min wage here in Bulgaria - 3 months if you somehow don’t die from starvation

He said "with taxes and all" implying other bills and means to live. Even a janitor is paid well in Norway, but I doubt you'll find the average Norwegian janitor rocking a 12900KS after a week of mopping the floor at McDonald's.
Norway also has no minimum wage, so, what are you basing this duration on?

Well shi.. If we add means to live, i'd bump it to 5 years. Thought we were just counting how much minimum wage cleanly added would take in terms of months.
Here its 320 euro, and if you're making that, then it means your rent is 150 euro, food and transportation 100 euro. Should take a couple of years to save up.
