A new technical diagram was posted by @momomo_us and is listing the upcoming gen Intel Desktop processor base design specs, developed Comet Lake goes for 10 cores, Rocket lake is listed at a maximum of 8 CPU cores.

Much like Generation 9, Comet Lake and Rocket Lake S would still be based on Intel's 14nm process and thus once again be based on the underlying microarchitecture that is Skylake. Comet Lake, however, makes a step towards 10-core processors with Intels Core i9-10900 that has 10C/20T fabbed at 14nm+++ and due for release in 2020 with the max TDP of 125 Watts.

Rocket Lake (11th gen) would go eight cores while a 125 Watt TDP is being listed. It is a bit of an estimated guess but if the target remains to be 125W, with eight cores .. then it looks like Intel is pursuing high clock frequencies as what else would you need the voltage for. The integrated GPU would be based on a Gen 12 design with up-to 32 EUs, however, each EU should be significantly faster the current generations. It remains to be seen how exactly this slide is though, so until then a grain of salt should be applied.

* article update - added new Comet Lake-S slide.
