did you compare them? I wonder if it is worth the download. And if they are gooing to be "official betas"
Don't just go buy the driver version number. The driver components can be updated and still have the same version number for that component, for example the Direct3D component version 9.14.10.0991. If you did a comparison of the driver files (when they are expanded, no as .dl_ etc), you will most likely find that they are not bit identical.
