Same happened to me on Win 10 21H2 Build 19044.1766, rolled back to previous driver, and all is fine..
I had some kind of visual glitch/artifact when alt+tabbing or minimize an UWP app with this driver on Windows 11 22H2 Beta Build 22621.1 . Installed back the previous driver ( 512.59 ) and now it seems to have come back to normal. (So far)
Same happened to me on Win 10 21H2 Build 19044.1766, rolled back to previous driver, and all is fine..

EAC and BE are kernel drivers, they were already granted the full permissions needed to work at the time of their installation, there is no change in how they communicate with the application process based on what security level you start them or the game at.
