Download NVIDIA GeForce 496.98 Hotfix drivers.

Game Ready Drivers provide the best possible gaming experience for all major new releases, including Virtual Reality games. Prior to a new title launching, our driver team is working up until the last minute to ensure every performance tweak and bug fix is optimized for the best gameplay on day-1.

We have a discussion thread open on this driver here in our Nvidia driver discussion forums. It seems NVIDIA dropped support for Series 600 graphics card, also the drivers offered are DCH only.

The hotfix addresses the following issues:

  • [YouTube: The YouTube web site randomly displays extreme contrast/gamma while idle or during video playback. [3420164]
  • [Notebook]: Black screen may be observed on some Optimus notebooks with 1440p/165hz panels when in discrete GPU mode [3426730]
  • Games do not launch correctly on GeForce GTX 750 Ti when NVIDIA Image Scaling is enabled
  • [3442778]Using Adaptive Vertical Sync while G-SYNC is enabled may result in random black screen [3437003]
  • [Red Dead Redemption 2/Doom Eternal]: The game crashes with TDR or the system crashes while running the game. [200766423]

sounds like the behavior of the displayport standards deep sleep capability.

Never had it before on any non-Gsync display ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    What monitor are you using?

    PG32UQ

I was wondering how your HDMI 2.1 experience was?

I haven't even tried using it since DP is fine for the most part and my secondary display is limited to HDMI 1.2 atm anyway.

I really hope you guys don't extrapolate having to change to an older driver solely for the reason that someone with an extremely exotic hardware setup (and even just SLI for that matter) posted worse benchmark numbers in a benchmark software almost no one uses. He himself mentioned that, too.

Users like RodroG or lokkenjp spend hours upon hours benchmarking various games and synthetic benchmarks and have never found any long-term degradation in performance.
I just want to play new world without crash my pc, the driver can be good too

    PG32UQ

afaik all the PG series has deep sleep set to on by default, its in the System Setup osd control at the very bottom of the list on my PG27Q
when its one and the screen goes to sleep, the hotplug detect pin goes low enough that most graphics cards will register it as disconnected.

this has registered plenty of problems in the past with issues waking the display without re-plugging it in as well as the gsync notification coming up.

No such option here, the only one I have is for USB hub power being on/off during standby (and it's on).
