GeForce 461.81 hotfix driver download

Download the Nvidia GeForce, 461.81 Hotfix driver, as released by NVIDIA. This release fixes several issues with Fortnite, GTX 1660 Super, Red Dead Redemption 2, and more.

Game Ready Drivers provide the best possible gaming experience for all major new releases, including Virtual Reality games. Prior to a new title launching, our driver team is working up until the last minute to ensure every performance tweak and bug fix is optimized for the best gameplay on day-1. We have a discussion thread open on this driver here in our Nvidia driver discussion forums. For those that wonder, the DCH driver is a Microsoft DCH (Declarative Componentized Hardware supported apps) driver, and refers to a new Windows 10 driver package preinstalled by OEMS implementing the Microsoft Universal Driver paradigm. While the base core component files remain the same, the way DCH drivers are packaged differs from previous Legacy (Standard) drivers.

The hotfix addresses the following issues:

[Fortnite] Shader cache optimizations to reduce intermittent stutter on some PC configurations [3244272]
[GeForce GTX 1660 Super]: Random flickering may appear across the top of the monitor on some PC configurations. [3184254]
[Vulkan] Red Dead Redemption 2 may display pixelated black dots [3266614]
Some desktop applications may stutter when moving around the window on some PC configurations [3252200]
Enabling NVIDIA Surround with 4K HDMI 2.1 TVs may fail [3184849]
[Rocket League] Matches may take longer to load [3244324]
[Detroit: Become Human] Game may crash when launched with Image Sharpening enabled [200667092]

Can you share a video showing what your flicker looks like

I can't take pictures of this flickering on the video, but it appears after turning on the PC and the upper part of the monitor flickers ... then after 15-20 minutes the flicker passes

Flickering in Chrome still not fixed for me, but it is less common than it used to be. Incredibly strange. Using 1660 Super.

Does the rollback of the driver fixes the issue?
Does it happen only from cold start or on every restart you get 20 min flicker?

Since that does not sound like driver issue to me but a bad monitor that flickers until it warms up.

After removing the driver, the monitor does not flicker after turning on / off .. the entire upper part of the screen flickers somewhere 2 centimeters ... with version 461.72 it does not always start flickering after turning it on, but with the previous version 461.40 it flickers after a cold start .. if you just turn it off, turn it on yourself the monitor without turning off the system unit still flickers the top of the screen ...
