Download the Nvidia 361.60 Geforce driver as released by NVIDIA.
Nvidia has released this driver with very scarce information, "clocking related issues" Apparantly at addresses an issue where memory clock speed was not running at full speed with certain apps/games. GeForce Hot Fix driver version 361.60 that addresses the following issues:
- Crashes in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Install & clocking related issues

The only game where I had this issue was Just Cause 3, and now it's fixed.

Clock issues NOT fixed. Woke up to my card LOCKED at 536mhz core and 2000mhz memory. Was rather upset in having to deal with this crap. Unacceptable.
This is a joke nvidia. Fix it.
