I made a thread about it here:
http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=391026
Basically, same problem as -Tj-. Objects are not rendered properly, causing them to "highlight" in dark or foggy/smoke areas. I didn't realize it till now, but it's mostly affecting games that use deferred lighting, which are all mentioned in my thread (games running on Unreal engine like Batman, BioShock are all affected). Other games like Tomb Raider and COD are also in the list as well.
And before you say it has to do with ambient occlusion, no it's not. I ruled that out. And it's been like that with every driver I could use (unfortunately, the 750 Ti only supports drivers from 335.23, so there's not a lot of driver choices available).

Well its game specific (I manually set user.cfg in base BF3 folder), your Batman issue is another story.
Could be deferred lightning issue, but dunno why would smoke effect reflections or black textures and make then see through..
Hopefully they fix this, and much more..
*Vally,
*3dmark vantage msaa issue,
*various U3E games with driver forced nvidia AO (flicker or missing)
*Shattered horiziont - occasional stream stutter - looks like physx stalling issue. (reported on Fermi GF110 and now its happening on Kepler GK110 too)
*COD Ghosts occasional stream stutter with 4xMSAA, happens with 2xMSAA too, imo buggy texture memory allocation. Could be physx too, I will try to disable it completely in this game
*GTA4 light and reflections flicker at max detail - night time.
^
all these issues persisted with 340.52quadro, dunno about GTA4 though, but I dont have high hopes for that.
meh.. and now they release 340.52whql
In not really bothered by benchmark demos much, I know they won't fix Vantage or they would have already done it by now, since its been happening from r265.xx+. But driver Ambient Occlusion flicker and various issues with it is a big no,. I opt for 780 instead of r9-290 because of this extra AO and more AA options and in return I get both mostly bugged xD

Well, we did our best to report the issues. Now we play the waiting game again.
