that nvdispi.inf is for international, at least it looks so. When I downloaded US it was just nvdisp.inf.
edit: hmm my INT doesnt work (i removed it, use the one from thread starter), strange and i used 306.23 gpu strings too, gonna try US INF..
Edit2: ok my US INF with US driver works fine and lets me through.
btw, its still openGL4.2., not that it matters much.

I play Borderlands 2 maxed out perfectly with my overclocked 670 and i didn't experience any frames drop or lag at all.
I don't think i will notice a big difference with a second 670...
Sorry guys, i just tested playing with one card and sure enough it did run fine with physx on high with one card. I just thought it wouldnt because the previous poster wanted more performance from sli profiles? So my bad...
Noticed in the pdf they mention adding an SLI profile for Borderlands 2. Wonder if this helps with performance?
Ps. Must say that this game is very well optimized for being such a "high physx quality effects game"?!

Just install them with the modified .inf and you're golden.

How come the INF file that comes with the driver is named 'nvdispi.inf'? Does that mean the modded one has to have the same name or will 'nvdisp.inf' (as linked by -Tj- above) still work?
