Depends which INF is used. If you downloaded US driver then you need US INF.
I downloaded US and here is US x64bit Windows Vista/7/8 INF.

Edit: its US on both UK and US server. And that INF in first post looks like its International.
Don't seem to be able to install these, installer just closes after I agree and accept blah blah.

I have butter smooth perf at 1080 with everything maxed incl physx with my 660ti and an oc'd 965.
If you want perfect performance in Borderlands 2, you´ll need another card for physx. With my 670 sli setup, the game runs perfect 60fps with physx on high. You cant get that with just one card i believe, not with physx on high, maybe on medium but not on high.

One 680 should be enough to handle the game completely maxed out seeing as the 570/580 can do it without problem. There is a known issue with 6xx series cards having poor CPU utilization due to drivers and game optimization.

I play Borderlands 2 maxed out perfectly with my overclocked 670 and i didn't experience any frames drop or lag at all.
I don't think i will notice a big difference with a second 670...
