You're not going to get much love here, the tech media have wrongfully incited gamers against hobbyist miners because of the perceived actions of miner farms buying up all stock, though even in that case its totally legal for a person to buy a piece of hardware to use it for a task which it has the capability of, understand these people just need a target for their frustrations on being beaten to stock. (even though most miner farms aren't even buying retail to even deny gamers from their booty).
The real scum are the scalpers that both gamers and miners are letting their impatience and too much money, too little sense sway them from holding out and letting the scalpers sit on declining value stock.
No, you are just sounding like an idiot.

I'll talk about it as much as I like to, as it's not illegal nor unethical to use my hardware as I please to. I don't care if there are dragons or trolls on my graphics card's box, its a computing unit that is efficient for cryptocurrency generation.
I also game, if it reduces my sins. And I didnt' scalp, I just found another use to generate passive revenue out of my gaming pc.
You should try it, you don't even need to tell anyone
Keep that to yourself then.

I have an issue with ASUS ROG Strix XG27WQ and 6800XT at boot up.
If I shut down the PC and leave monitor power on, the monitor goes to standby.
Now when I turn on the PC, XG27WQ does not turn on.
The PC boots and I hear a beep sound from bios that monitor is not detected.
I need to turn off power to monitor and power it on again for the Windows Welcome screen to appear.
It is very annoying but I am not sure how I could solve it.
I am not sure if this is driver related or not as this happen when turning on PC.
Otherwise the monitor works great. I have it since 2 months now.
My work around until now is to turn off the monitor when turning off PC.
Next time before I boot the PC I turn the monitor on just a few seconds before pressing power button of PC. This way monitor always turn on when booting and detects signal from 6800XT.
The monitor is connected through display port.
Have an C49RG90 and it was fixed for me. For the older driver my workaround was to have AIMP in the foreground before shutting down the monitor (I never turn of the main rig) and there was no signal loss after turning the monitor after a longer period of idle e.g. during the night. AIMP kept the GPU in somewhat woken state (hovering aroung 20-30 MHz from time to time and a slightly higher memory clocks (120-190 Hzish)).... However - like I have said --- for me it was fixed with the 21.1.1.
