If you mean the DX11.1 update yeah you may as well install it.

That's good to hear. I'm still reluctant on upgrading as I'm using 13.6 beta 1. I had issues with everything after 13.2 with HDMI audio drop out.
I finally fixed it by setting the memory speed to default at 350mhz. Sounds dumb but it worked.
Here's a thread on it if anyone is still having issues.

I can confirm this version has finally fixed the HDMI audio drop outs for me. It was still present in the original 13.6 beta.

Metro 2033 + all settings maxed + AAA (Metro's own AA) -> no problem
Metro 2033 + all settings maxed + MSAA (in game option) -> artifacts+system freeze
Artifacts appear after few seconds.
Same thing for Furmark/EVGA OC Scanner
That's overheating
Sounds like your room is very hot or/and is overclocked too high

Flashed the BIOS with this: http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/131310/sapphire-hd7850-1024-121113.html
Now it's all right.....the old one was "015.022.000.007.000000" with factory OC.
