This particular software suite updates the AMD Catalyst Display Driver and the AMD Catalyst Control Center / AMD Vision Engine Control Center. This unified driver has been updated, and is designed to provide enhanced performance and reliability. This is an un-official AMD Catalyst 13.11 WHQL driver because AMD has not yet released it on their website. However one of the board partners started distributing this driver in combination with Radeon R9 290 graphics cards.
The 290 Cards will get WHQL, the rest it seems not, The branch is also over than 13.11 Beta 9.2, so we do receommend you to use that driver.
